YMCA Youth Leadership Development Program
The Youth Leadership Development (YLD) Program gives youth ages 10-18 a chance to grow as individuals and learn what it means to be a leader in their community. Youth explore relevant issues in today’s society in a safe and fun environment while building positive relationships and preparing for their future. This program, hosted by the YMCA, is held at the SFU Surrey-TD CEC once per week on Thursday evenings and includes SFU student volunteers as youth leaders.

The workshops will be delivered by YMCA staff/volunteers and SFU volunteers at the SFU CEC located at the City Centre Library (10350 University Drive, Surrey BC) in room 402 from 6:30pm-8:30pm every Thursday starting in September and running until June.
The workshop fee will be: $25.00 per person.
